Before installing an update
Keep a secure copy of any information you need to restore your normal setup, but do not export or share private configuration links unnecessarily. Confirm you are downloading from the official site and close the app before replacing it when your platform requires that.
After updating
Open Swift Tunnel, verify the app version, and test a trusted profile. If an existing profile has stopped working, first check the release notes and the profile source before changing settings. A server or subscription update may be needed independently of the desktop app update.
